ALL LEVELS Are you dying to achieve a gorgeous split or bendy back? Or maybe you just want to feel more fluid in your body. This is the class for YOU! This class incorporates active stretches and muscle conditioning for maximum flexibility, strength and mobility in the joints and muscles. If you are actively taking pole or lyra classes, we highly recommend taking this class to balance out your aerial training. WHAT TO WEAR: leggings, leg warmers, comfy t-shirt. If you have Pleaser heels, bring them to work on your ankle engagement.
