I'm a complete beginner with no prior experience. Can I still join?
Absolutely! Most of our members start with zero pole, dance, or aerial experience. Our classes are designed to guide you from the ground up, helping you grow stronger and more confident each week. No pressure, just progress—at your pace, with your goals in mind.
Are there any age or weight restrictions?
We welcome adults of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. If you're over 18 and ready to move, you're welcome here. We believe every body is a pole body—and our instructors will work with you to adapt movements to suit your needs and goals.
What is the studio environment like at Hypnotic Pole Fitness?
Supportive, welcoming, and empowering. We pride ourselves on being a brave space—judgment-free, inclusive, and community-driven. You’ll feel encouraged every step of the way, whether you're dancing for fitness, fun, or personal growth.
What should I wear and bring to my first class?
We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes—something like shorts or leggings and a tank top. Skin contact is helpful for grip, so shorts are ideal for pole classes. Bare feet are perfect. Bring a water bottle and your amazing self—we’ll take care of the rest.
Do I need to be strong or flexible to start pole or aerial classes?
Not at all. Our classes are specifically designed to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence over time. Come as you are—no experience or fitness level required. You’ll be surprised how quickly your body adapts with regular practice.
What kind of results or benefits can I expect from attending classes?
